SPS were brought in to design and deliver the backstage production infrastructure and talent chillout zones for Comic-Con International 2024 in San Diego. Working across multiple areas simultaneously, the team managed full technical production, staging, AV and scenic elements to create functional yet high-spec environments for talent, crew and VIP guests. SPS handled all show calling, production management and on-site technical direction across a multi-day run, coordinating closely with the wider event team on scheduling, logistics and vendor management.
