Private Celebration in Henley-on-Thames

For an exclusive private event in Henley-on-Thames, HTS turned private grounds into four connected spaces, each with its own atmosphere: a welcoming reception, an intimate dining room, a nightclub with live entertainment, and illuminated gardens. Working alongside the planner and other suppliers, HTS coordinated production across the whole site, using more than 200 intelligent fixtures to light the approach and gardens with changing colour and movement. Inside, chandeliers tied the rooms together and curtains allowed staged reveals, while a dedicated performance area with rider-specified kit hosted the band and DJ. The HTS team also ran production, stage operations and site power through the evening.

HTS Creative is an Oxfordshire-based technical production company, founded in 2001 as Henley Theatre Services. It delivers fully integrated staging and structures, sound, lighting, video and power for festivals, outdoor events, corporate events, arenas and theatres across the UK.
